However, during sale seasons, orders might experience a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. Bloodonthehills.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Blood on the Hills.
Delivery Time
Blood on The Hills processes orders in London, United Kingdom, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 48 hours of the order’s placement or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or holidays will be processed the following business day. Bloodonthehills.com cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections, and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Blood On The Hills’ control. Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. Delivery for shipments addressed to:
- United Kingdom: Approximately 1-2 working days (excluding the British Virgin Islands which may take 2-3 working days).
- European Union: Approximately 2-3 working days.
- Rest of the World: Approximately 4-5 working days.
Terms and Conditions of Return
Bloodonthehills.com only accepts exchanges; simply return the products, including the proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your item. The item(s) must be returned in a perfect saleable condition, with the tags still attached.
If you believe your item arrived faulty, please contact customer service immediately.
Sale items may be exchanged but are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), exchanges will be sent out within 1-2 working days.
Items must be returned in the same original condition, neatly packed, and with the tags still attached. The item(s) must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.
Please note that Blood on The Hills does not cover shipping costs for returns. For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped out free of charge.
